    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number NYC68F0439: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 17:08 hours. The damage was substantial. The engine failed or malfunctioned while pulling up from a crop dusting run. The aircraft nosed over on touch down. There was complete power loss in the failure of one engine. The emergency circumstances included; forced off-airport landing on land. Incident occurred at or near White Haven, PA.
