    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number SEA69F0244: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 10:45 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Ironside Airport, Ironside, OR. Stalled during the initial climb. The factors included; pooly maintained runway surface.
