    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number OAK74DVA14: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 07:30 hours. The damage was substantial. This was a local flight from Columbia, CA. The engine failed or malfunctioned while cruising. Landed wheels up on touch down. The factors included; high vegetation on terrain. There was complete power loss in the failure of one engine. The emergency circumstances included; forced off-airport landing on land...
