    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Air Force with s/n 56-1391.

    To 64th FIS, 325th Fighter Group, McChord Field, WA.
    Markings added: FC-391

    From April 1963 to May 1963

    Participated in Coulee Crest joint force exercise in the Northwest region of the United States. Was assigned to the blue force. By mistake, it landed at the red force base. Reminiscent of when Naval aircraft land on the wrong carrier, the red force painted Captured by Red AF on the fuselage.

    Transferred to 326th FIS, 328th Fighter Wing, Richards-Gebaur AFB, MO.

    Transferred to 4780th ADW, Perrin AFB, TX.

    Transferred to 57th FIS, Air Force Iceland, NAS Keflavik, Iceland.

    By 1971

    Transferred to 123rd FIS, 142nd FIG, Oregon ANG, Portland IAP, OR.
    Operated with markings: OREGON
