    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Royal Australian Army with s/n A25-218.

    To 5th Aviation Regiment, RAAF Base Townsville, North Queensland.

    May 1993

    One of 6 deployed to Cambodia aboard USAF C-5A Galaxy as part of the United Nations Transitional Authority in Cambodia (UNTAC). They were painted white with United Nations titles and only a small RAAF serial on the tail.

    31 July 1998

    Transferred to 5th Aviation Regiment, Bundaberg QLD.

    10 November 2005

    Transferred to B Squadron, 5th Aviation Regiment, RAAF Townsville QLD.

    22 July 2008

    Deployed on Operation Astute as part of the TLAG (Timor Leste Aviation Group).

    August 2014

    Transferred to 6th Aviation Regiment, Holsworthy, NSW.
    Operated with markings: Invincible

    By April 2024

    Withdrawn from use.

    April 2024

    To Dakota Air Parts International, Hector International Airport, Fargo, ND.
