    Constructed as a F-101F-61-MC by McDonnell at Saint Louis, Missouri, USA.

    Circa 1956

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Air Force with s/n 56-0253.

    By August 1968

    To Air Defense Weapons Center (ADWC), Tyndall AFB, FL.

    1 August 1968

    Transferred to the Military Aircraft Storage and Disposal Center (MASDC).

    30 June 1970

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Canadian Armed Forces with s/n 101001 as a CF-101F.
    This was the first of 66 refurbished ex-USAF F-101B/F Voodoos transferred to the RCAF in 1970/71 under Operation Peace Wings.

    By September 1978

    To No. 410 Squadron, CFB Bagotville, QC.

    17 September 1978
