    Involved in an incident.
    The airframe was damaged but was repairable. This was a domestic non scheduled passenger flight. The accident occurred at near Quthing Airport (UTG) (Lesotho) while on approach.

    Crashed.
    Summary: The airframe was a loss. There were 22 fatalities. There were 41,336 hours and 71,338 cycles on the airframe at the time. The domestic scheduled passenger flight departed Pokhara Airport (PKR/VNPK), Nepal and was destined for Jomsom Airport (JMO/VNJS), Nepal. The accident occurred at Sanosware (Nepal) while en route.
