    Constructed as a C-130H-LM by Lockheed at Marietta, GA.

    Circa 1996

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Air Force with s/n 96-1005.

    By May 1997

    To 109th AS, 133rd AW, Minnesota ANG, Minneapolis-Saint. Paul IAP, MN.
    Markings added: MN, MINNESOTA AIR GUARD

    By September 2003

    Markings Applied: MINNESOTA, MINNESOTA AIR GUARD
    MN tail code removed by this time.

    29 April 2004

    Damaged.
    Crash lands at Minneapolis/St. Paul IAP after routine training missing. Airmen from the 133d AW spent 3 hours attempting to lower starboard side landing gear. 15 seconds after touchdown, starboard side MLG collapsed causing A/C to veer to the right causing a prop strike on the No. 3 and No. 4 engine, as well as outer wing damage. All 4 crew members survived w/o injury. A/C was repaired.
