    Constructed as a F-101F-81-MC by McDonnell at Saint Louis, Missouri, USA.

    Circa 1957

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Air Force with s/n 56-0328.

    By July 1968

    To Air Defense Weapons Center (ADWC), Tyndall AFB, FL.

    19 July 1968

    Transferred to the Military Aircraft Storage and Disposal Center (MASDC).

    17 August 1971

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Canadian Armed Forces with s/n 101007 as a CF-101F.

    By 1977

    To No. 410 Squadron, CFB Cold Lake, AB.

    Transferred to No. 425 Squadron, CFB Bagotville, QC.

    From 1982 to June 1984

    Transferred to No. 409 All Weather Fighter Squadron, CFB Comox, BC.

    22 June 1984

    Destroyed in a crash.
    CAF Voodoo 101007 with two 409 Squadron crew members aboard, had taken off from Canadian Forces Base Comox BC when their CF-101F exploded in mid air. The aircraft had suffered a catastrophic failure of the left hand engine which had cut fuel lines and control cables. The crew ejected successfully and landed on Texada Island with some minor injuries. A 442 Squadron rescue helicopter was soon on scene and returned the two flyers to CFB Comox.
