    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number MIA740KT73: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 10:00 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Nassau International Airport, Nassau, Bahamas. The flight departed from Nassau, Bahamas, with the destination Cistern Cay, Bahamas. The gear collapsed while taxiing from landing. Report remarks include: Investigation under jurisdiction of the Government of Bahamas.

    There was one serious injury and was one minor injury. The accident occurred at Long Beach, CA, United States while landing. The damage was substantial. During the 18-MONTH period prior to this flight the aircraft had been rebuilt. This was the first flight to leak-check the hull before painting. Several water landings were made; the last being referred to by a witness it hit the water. The pilot stated that while returning to long beach all elevator control was lost...
