    Constructed as an A-7D-10-CV by Vought at Dallas, Texas, USA.

    Circa 1971

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Air Force with s/n 71-0355.

    Transferred to 354th TFW, Myrtle Beach AFB, SC.

    By 1972

    Transferred to 355th TFW, Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ.
    Operated with markings: DM
    0355 served as the squadron commanders aircraft with the 355th for obvious reasons. It wore two MiG kill stars for BG Fred Haeffner who scored the kills during the Vietnam War while flying F-4 Phantoms.

    Transferred to the 309th Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Center (AMARC) with inventory number AE0034.

    18 April 1998

    To HVF West Tucson, AZ.

    28 August 2000
