    Crashed.
    There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 18:15 hours. The airframe was destroyed. Stalled or mushed during the initial climb. The factors included; unfavorable wind conditions. The sky conditions were clear. The visibility was 5 or over (unlimited). The temperature was 70 degF. The wind direction was 180 degrees. The wind velocity was 15 knots.

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at the La Crosse Municipal Airport (LSE) La Crosse, WI, United States while on appoach. The damage was substantial. The airplane sustained substantial damage when it nosed over during a forced landing to a cornfield after a total loss of engine power. The pilot reported the engine suddenly began vibrating. The engine seized and the propeller stopped turning 10 seconds after the vibration started...
