    Constructed as a B-25J-25-NC by North American at Kansas City, Kansas, USA.

    Circa March 1945

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Army Air Force with s/n 44-30854.

    Circa 1946

    Redesignated as TB-25J.

    18 September 1947

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Air Force with s/n 44-30854.

    Circa 1954

    Converted to a TB-25N.

    Redesignated as JB-25J.

    Circa 1959

    Transferred to March AFB, Riverside, CA.

    By May 1960

    Transferred to Turner AFB, GA.
    Last B-25 in Air Force inventory.

    21 May 1960

    Ferry flight. Delivered to Elgin AFB, GL.
    Moved from Turner AFB, GA. This was the last flight of USAF B-25.

    21 May 1960

    Presented by Brig. Gen. A.J. Russell, Commander of SACs 822nd Air Division at Turner AFB, to the Air Proving Ground Center Commander, Brig. Gen. Robert H. Warren, who in turn presented the bomber to Valparaiso, FL, Mayor Randall Roberts on behalf of the Niceville-Valparaiso Chamber of Commerce. Four of the original Tokyo Raiders were present for the ceremony, Col. Davy Jones, Col. Jack Simms, Lt.Col. Joseph Manske, and retired Master Sgt. Edwin W. Horton. (The Skytamer Archive).

    From Circa June 1960 to 1973

    Placed on display.
    Doolittle Memorial Park, Niceville, FL. Bare metal USAF paint scheme.

    1974

    To National Museum of the United States Air Force Loan Program, Wright Field, Dayton, OH.
    Donated back to the Air Force for the Armament Museum.
