    Transferred to 61st Army Air Force Flying Training Detachment (Primary), Southeast Training Center, Avon Park Field, Avon Park, FL.

    Operated by Lodwick Aviation Military Academy.

    Crashed.
    Crashed into terrain five miles northeast of Avon Park Field, Florida.

    Subsequent to this crash it appears that two separate aircraft with similar construction numbers appear to exist - N64514 with c/n 75-4886 and N75361 with c/n 75-4866A.

    Involved in an incident.
    At Waseca, MN-There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 05:00 hours. The damage was substantial. The engine failed or malfunctioned while cruising. The gear collapsed during the landing rollout. The factors included; overload failure. There was complete power loss in the failure of one engine. The emergency circumstances included; forced off-airport landing on land.

There was a fire or explosion in flight while turning around. Collided with an object during the landing rollout. The factors included; jettisoned load. The emergency circumstances included; forced off-airport landing on land. A fire broke out after impact. Report remarks include: Spray fan failed, sepd, cause not determined...
