Incident occurred at the Joes Coastal Strp Airport, Chesterville, TX. This was a local flight from Chesterville, TX. The engine failed or malfunctioned during the initial climb. The gear collapsed during the landing rollout. The factors included; overload failure. There was complete power loss in the failure of one engine...
