    Crashed.
    Summary: The airframe was written off. There were two fatalities. It was a local fire fighting flight from Tucson (unknown airport), AZ, United States of America. The accident occurred at near Safford, AZ (United States of America) while maneuvering. Narrative: The PB4Y-2 struck trees and impacted a mountainside while fighting a fire. PROBABLE CAUSE:pilot in command - misjudged clearanceFACTOR:terrain - high obstructions.
