    Crashed.
    There were two fatalities. The accident occurred at the Boulder City Airport (BVU) Boulder City, NV, United States while on decent. The damage was substantial. The pilot, who was also the mechanic for the airplane, had replaced all six cylinders on the engine during the airplaneaCOs annual inspection; he reported that, 3 days before the accident, the engine was operated and ran well...
