Incident occurred at the Addison Airport, Lewisville, TX. The engine failed or malfunctioned while on final approach to land. Collided with trees while on final approach to land. There was complete power loss in the failure of one engine. The emergency circumstances included; forced landing on a seaplane base or heliport...
