    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number CHI68D0405: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 19:30 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Combs Airport, Lebanon, IN. Ground looped or water swerved during the takeoff run. Collided with a fence during the takeoff run. Report remarks include: Attempted takeoff from Unlighted Field, lined up with light on hangar.
