    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Air Force with s/n QF112 as a QF-100D.

    1985

    Damaged.
    Hit by AIM-7 Missile during exercise. Plane recovered back to the drone runway, but the wing spar was cracked from the impact. It would not fly again.

    1986

    Scrapped.
    Scrapped after being stripped of useable parts.
