    This F-14 is credited with shooting down a Libyan Su-22 Fitter during the First Gulf of Sidra incident. It was crewed by Lt. Lawrence Muczynski and LTJG James Anderson.

    Destroyed in a crash.
    Due to an engine flameout, crashed into water during landing on USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN-72, VF-213). Pilot Lt Kara Hultgreen ejected but was killed. WSO ejected and survived.
