    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Air Force with s/n 59-0015.

    20 May 1960

    Transferred to 5th FIS, 32nd FG, Minot AFB, ND.
    She spent her entire flying career with the Spittin Kittens in Minot.

    4 February 1990

    Transferred to AEL Inc, East Alton, IL.
    Sent to AEL for drone conversion.

    Converted to a QF-106A.

    Assigned s/n AD115 with the 309th Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Center (AMARC) for administrative purposes. It did not serve with this service.

    15 February 1991

    Transferred to Tyndall AFB, FL.
    Flew two NULLOs from Tyndall.

    5 March 1992

    Destroyed in a crash.
    Ground aborted on take-off roll for bad yaw rate gyro, gear collapsed and aircraft burnt.
