    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Army Air Force with s/n 41-8835.

    By December 1941

    Transferred to 59th AAF Flying Training Detachment (Primary) (Civilian Pilot School), Thompson Robbins Field, Helena, AR.

    15 December 1941

    Damaged.
    Damaged in landing accident at Thompson Robbins Field.

    3 January 1942

    Damaged.
    Damanged during forced off-field landing due to weather, 12 miles WNW of Thompson Robbins Field.

    8 April 1966

    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number OAK66F0258: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 15:30 hours. The damage was substantial. The engine failed or malfunctioned while turning around. The aircraft nosed over during the landing rollout. There was a partial power loss with the failure of one engine. The emergency circumstances included; forced off-airport landing on land. Incident occurred at or near Maxwell, CA.
