    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number OAK72DVA49: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 14:30 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Duster Strip Airport, Tulare, CA. This was a local flight from Tulare, CA. The engine failed or malfunctioned during the initial climb. Collided with a dirt bank during the landing rollout. There was complete power loss in the failure of one engine. The emergency circumstances included; forced off-airport landing on land...
