    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number SEA66F0151: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 17:30 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the South Tacoma Airport, Tacoma, WA. Experienced an uncontrolled collision with terrain during the initial climb. Report remarks include: Aileron controls rigged in reverse. Left wing tip struck ground after lift off.
