    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number MIA75DKT01: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 09:10 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Opa Locka West Airport, Opa Locka, FL. This was a local flight from Opa Locka, FL. Undershot while on final approach to land. The aircraft nosed over on touch down. The factors included; wet soft ground and high vegetation on terrain. Report remarks include: Landed in soft tundra and heavy brush.

The pilot said that during the climbout the engine started to lose power and he decided to make an emergency landing straight ahead. The pilot further stated that he suspected that the reduction in power was due to carburetor icing...
