    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number IAD79FA062: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 10:20 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Outlaw Field Airport, Clarksville, TN. The flight departed from Clarksville, TN, with the destination Springfield, TN. Suffered a mid-air collision during the initial climb.
