Incident occurred at the Santa Paula Airport, Santa Paula, CA. This was a local flight from Santa Paula, CA. Experienced an uncontrolled collision with terrain while landing. The emergency circumstances included; forced off-airport landing on land. Report remarks include: Rudder jammed in left turn pos. Rudder cable block suspected but not confirmed...
