Incident occurred at the Ag Strip Airport, Madera, CA. This was a local flight from Madera, CA. The aircraft nosed over during the landing rollout. The factors included; tail wheel gear assemblies and previous damage. Report remarks include: Made wheel landing due brkn tailwheel, dmgd prev tkof.

The factors included; high obstructions on terrain. There was complete power loss in the failure of one engine...

Incident occurred at the Dirt Strip Ave 11 Airport, Madera, CA. This was a local flight from Madera, CA. Collided with wires and/or poles while on a crop dusting run. The factors included; sunglare. A fire broke out after impact. Report remarks include: After impct with wire sulphur caused several flash fires. Aircraft did not burn.
