    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number ANC79DAG79: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 15:00 hours. The damage was substantial. This was a local flight from Post Lake, AK. Stalled or mushed during the initial climb. The factors included; sudden windshift and down and updrafts. The sky conditions were unknown/not reported. The ceiling was 6000 feet at the accident site. The visibility was 5 or over (unlimited). The temperature was 60 degF. The wind velocity was 20 knots...

    There was one fatality and was one serious injury. The accident occurred at Kodiak, AK, United States while maneuvering. The damage was substantial. Northerly winds between 25 and 35 knots, were reported at the time of the accident. The accident pilot reported that after departure, he turned left and a strong downdraft threw the airplane to the ground...
