    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at the Anchorage International Airport (PANC) Anchorage, AK, United States while taxiing. The damage was substantial. At the completion of a local flight, the commercial certificated pilot was taxiing to a parking spot at a maintenance hangar. He maneuvered the airplane toward the parking spot that was bordered by cement barriers. During a turning maneuver, he swung the tail of the airplane to the right and the outboard end of the right elevator struck one of the barriers...

    The accident occurred at Anchorage, AK, United States while landing. The damage was substantial. The certificated flight instructor/check pilot was providing an annual corporate flight proficiency check ride to the commercial pilot in a float-equipped airplane. The commercial pilot receiving the proficiency review was appropriately rated and current by Federal Aviation Administration standards to operate float-equipped airplanes...
