    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number CHI71FEE74: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 16:11 hours. The airframe was destroyed. This was a local flight from Northbrook, IL. Stalled and/or mushed while performing aerobatics. Report remarks include: Failed to execute proper recovery from inverted spin. Pilot and px parachuted safely. Incident occurred at or near Wauconda, IL.
