Report remarks include: Truck had been parked on operating area of strip.

The factors included; unwarranted low flying. Report remarks include: Aircraft impacted terrain at start of second low altitude roll.

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at the Eagle Creek Airpark (EYE) Indianapolis, IN, United States while landing. The damage was substantial. According to the pilot, as the airplane touched down during landing, it veered off the right side of the runway and nosed over. Inspection of the airplane revealed that it was not equipped with a steerable or locking tailwheel as required by the airplanes design. No other anomalies were found.
