    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number FTW73DRA31: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 06:00 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Tower Ag Strip Airport, Winnie, TX. This was a local flight from Winnie, TX. The aircraft nosed over while aborting takeoff. Report remarks include: Vehicle driven on to runway from adjacent highway. Pilot used heavy braking to avoid truck.

    16 June 1982

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at Picher, OK, United States while climbing. The damage was substantial. The pilot had just completed spraying a field and was climbing to return to his home airstrip when the engine failed. He landed in a nearby pasture but was unable to stop on the wet terrain before hitting a low fence. The main gear caught on the fence and the plane nosed over. A teardown of the engine revealed that the three blower bearings, part number 12768, had failed...

    Crashed.
    There were two serious injuries. The accident occurred at the Neosho Memorial Airport (EOS) Neosho, MO, United States while taking off. The damage was substantial. Witnesses stated that just after liftoff, they observed a map blow out of the a/c. The pilot stated he saw something go past and turned to see what it was. He inadvertently pushed the stick forward and hit the runway nose-first. The pilot stated that he was unconscious until the a/c again lifted off, 136 feet down the runway...

    Crashed.
    There were two fatalities. The accident occurred at the Dayton International Airport (KDAY) Dayton, OH, United States while maneuvering. The airframe was destroyed. A video study using five videos taken of the accident sequence by airshow spectators revealed that, during the wing-walking performance, the airplane began a shallow climb to reposition for the next performance maneuver...
