    Crashed.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number FTW77FRA34: There was one fatality. Incident occurred at 17:35 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Hooks Memorial Airport, Tomball, TX. This was a local flight from Tomball, TX. Suffered a mid-air collision while on final approach to land. The factors included; congested traffic pattern. Report remarks include: Neither aircraft reported positions on unicom.

    11 April 1992

    Crashed.
    There was one fatality and was one serious injury. The accident occurred at Lawton, OK, United States while maneuvering. The damage was substantial. A non instrument rated pilot departed for cross country flight without a preflight weather briefing. Shortly after departure the pilot reported that he encountered a lowering ceiling and initiated a 180 degree right turn. Restricted visibility due to fog was reported in the area. The pilot stated that he saw the guy wire just prior to the impact...
