    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at the Skagit RGNL Airport (BVS) Skagit, WA, United States. The damage was substantial. According to the pilot in the high-performance, tailwheel-equipped biplane, he landed on a turf airstrip which he described as aCulong and wide. AC He added that aCuthere was no wind. AC During the landing roll, he taxied the biplane along the right edge of the runway and the lower right wing struck a precision approach path indicator (PAPI) control box...
