    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number OAK69D0234: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 10:00 hours. The damage was substantial. The engine failed or malfunctioned while pulling up from a crop dusting run. Collided with an object during the landing rollout. There was complete power loss in the failure of one engine. Report remarks include: Nr 9 cylinder head separated from cylinder barrel. Dusting almonds. Hit irrigation valve. Incident occurred at or near Salida, CA.
