    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number CHI78FEE11: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 04:05 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Ohare International Airport, Chicago, IL. The flight departed from Chicago, IL, with the destination Kansas City, MO. Collided with an object while taxiing to takeoff. Report remarks include: Driver of service van ran into aircraft at taxiway andservice rd intersection.
