    Transferred to US Army Transportation School, Fort Eustis, VA.

    Redesignated as GCH-47C.

    1992

    Remanufactured as a CH-47D.
    New construction number, M3408, assigned to the airframe.

    Transferred to 7th Battalion, 158th Aviation Regiment (Army Reserve), Scott AFB, IL.
