    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number DIA69A0029: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 15:40 hours. The damage was substantial. The propellar failed while cruising. Landed wheels up on touch down. The factors included; icing conditions indlucing sleet and freezing rain and airframe icing. The emergency circumstances included; forced off-airport landing on land. The sky conditions were unknown/not reported. The ceiling was 2300 feet at the accident site...
