    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number OAK74DVA01: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 12:25 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Porterville Muni Airport, Porterville, CA. This was a local flight from Porterville, CA. Ground looped or water swerved during the landing rollout. The gear collapsed during the landing rollout. The factors included; overload failure. Report remarks include: Student lost control while raising flaps.

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at Fond Du Lac, WI, United States while on appoach. The damage was substantial. The airplane was damaged when it struck a road sign during a forced landing to a road following a complete loss of engine power. Examination of the airplane revealed that the radial engines master connecting rod had failed.

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at the Naples Municipal Airport (APF) Naples, FL, United States while taking off. The damage was substantial. According to the airline transport pilot, during the initial climb for the personal flight, when the airplane was about 150 to 250 feet above the ground, the engine lost all power. He lowered the landing gear, maintained flying airspeed and then landed the airplane in the grass right of the runway...
