    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number FTW67D0212: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 10:00 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Manila Muni. Airport, Manila, AR. The engine failed or malfunctioned during the initial climb. The gear collapsed on touch down. The factors included; overload failure. There was complete power loss in the failure of one engine. The emergency circumstances included; forced off-airport landing on land.
