    From Circa January 1991 to Circa February 1991

    Flew 64 missions in Operation Desert Storm, from King Fahd International Airport, Saudi Arabia.

    9 July 1992

    Transferred to the 309th Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Center (AMARC) with inventory number AC0078.

    24 July 2000

    To Lockheed Aircraft.
    Used for spare parts.

    By 28 August 2000

    To DMI (Dross Metals) Aviation Yard, Tucson, AZ.

    November 2012

    To National Museum of the United States Air Force, Wright Field, Dayton, OH.
