The factors included; fuel gauge, erratic, overload failure and overload failure. There was complete power loss in the failure of two engines...

Incident occurred at the Osage Muni Airport, Osage, IA. The flight departed from Iowa Falls, IA, with the destination Osage, IA. Collided with runway or approach lights while taxiing from landing. The factors included; taxiway lights and markings. Report remarks include: During left turn in parking area tailwheel struck taxi lgt and drainage ditch.
