    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number LAX71FVA90: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 09:00 hours. The airframe was destroyed. Incident occurred at the 3H Ag Strip Airport, Buttonwillw, CA. This was a local flight from Buttonwillw, CA. Stalled or mushed during the initial climb. The factors included; jettisoned load. Report remarks include: No a/s indc, carb heat syst, exhaust heat muffs. Engine rprd lcly, not ret to svc airworthy. Out of ann 14MOS.
