    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number MIA71AM077: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 12:45 hours. The damage was substantial. The flight departed from Orlando, FL, with the destination Charleston, SC. The engine failed or malfunctioned while cruising. Suffered a hard landing while performing a power-off autorotative landing. The factors included; wet soft ground. There was complete power loss in the failure of one engine. Incident occurred at or near Hollywood, CA.

    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number MIA73IM016: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 11:30 hours. There was minor damage. Incident occurred at Mccoy AFB, Orlando, FL. This was a local flight from Orlando, FL. Collided with an automobile while landing. Report remarks include: Pilot failed to assure landing site was free of obstructions. Hit moving auto. Landing on road.
