    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at Iliamna, AK, United States while going around. The damage was substantial. The pilot was performing a glassy water landing maneuver on a lake. The airplane flew past the pilots intended point of landing and he aborted the landing by rapidly applying power. The pilot stated the engine coughed and then came to life but the airplane would not outclimb rising terrain in the direction of its flight path.

    The accident occurred at Bethel, AK, United States while taking off. The damage was substantial. The certificated flight instructor, seated in the right seat, reported that he was providing flight instruction/familiarization training a commercial pilot, seated in the left seat, in a float-equipped airplane. The instructor added that the accident flight was the first flight of the day...
