    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number FTW37DPD36: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 17:45 hours. The damage was substantial. This was a local flight from Wichita Falls, TX. Stalled or mushed during the initial climb. The factors included; high obstructions on terrain and downwind approach. Report remarks include: Landed on winding road. Takeoff in opposite direction. Un clr, landed in trees. Incident occurred at or near Henrietta, TX.

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at the Houston Southwest Airport (AXH) Arcola, TX, United States while landing. The damage was substantial. During landing roll the aircraft swerved to the right. The pilot applied the left brake and the aircraft nosed over inverted causing substantial damage. The pilot stated that the left brake locked. The reason for the brake seizure is undetermined.
