    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number ANC77DAG74: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 08:30 hours. The damage was substantial. The flight departed from Anchorage, AK, stopping at Local, on the way to Alexander Ck, AK. Collided with trees during the takeoff run. The factors included; high obstructions on terrain. Report remarks include: Water rudders were extended. Incident occurred at or near Alexander Ck, AK.

Pilot reported briefed passengers bfr flt. Passengers walked into turning prop. Incident occurred at or near Mulchatna Riv, AK.

    Crashed.
    There were six fatalities and was one serious injury. The accident occurred at Kodiak, AK, United States while cruising. The airframe was destroyed. The VFR only part 135 on demand sightseeing flight entered instrument meteorological conditions and collided with terrain. The surviving passenger reported that as the flight progressed, the ceiling and visibility deteriorated. Witnesses in the area reported heavy fog and estimated the ceiling and visibility to be 50 feet and one-fourth of a mile...
