    Transferred to 98 SQN, RAF Tangmere.

    Transferred to 85 SQN, RAF Binbrook.

    Assigned to Salmesbury for storage.

    1974

    Converted to a Canberra TT.18.

    9 July 1974

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Royal Navy with s/n WJ614.

    9 July 1974

    Transferred to FRADU, RNAS Yeovilton.
    Operated with markings: 846

    From March 1981 to 8 December 1982

    A full refurbishment carried out at Salmesbury.

    From 16 November 1992 to July 1993

    Assigned to RAF Saint Athan for storage.

    To Bill McCoy with new c/r N76765.

    25 September 1995

    Ferry flight.
    On 17th August 1995, WJ614 took off from St Athan to begin the first leg of its trip, but due to a snag returned less than an hour later.Following a further months work the aeroplane successfully left the UK on 25th September 1995, routing through Keflavik, Gander, Drayton and finally to its new home at Phoenix Field in Arizona.

    Certificate of airworthiness for N76765 (TT18) issued.

    18 April 2000

    To Jet Aviation Historical Society Inc, Phoenix, AZ keeping c/r N76765.

    Notes: This ex Royal Navy Canberra TT.18 has been exported to the USA, still with the yellow and black hatching from its target towing days. WJ614/ 846 is also N76765. Its parked at Falcon Field in this picture, but it moved to the Pima Air Museum in 2015.

    Held in open store at its home airfield, and has not now flown for several years.
